Catering for meetings and events

We create inspiring food experiences for meetings and events throughout the OP Kortteli, from early morning breakfast meetings to elegant evening receptions.

Venues to which we deliver catering

You can order catering from us for the following venues on the gallery level: V4 Conference Centre, V4 Sauna Area and V2 Conference Centre. For other venues, catering can be ordered for collection from Café Tori.

Bookings via TimeWorks or by email

Employees of businesses based in the OP kortteli can order catering from Antell directly via the TimeWorks booking system. If your company does not use the system, you can order by email galleriaravintola@op.fi.  

Please note the booking and cancellation deadlines. 

Catering orders will be invoiced in accordance with the billing details provided by the customer.

Licences to serve alcohol

Antell can serve alcoholic beverages, but the venue does not hold a licence to serve alcohol. Any alcoholic drinks must be provided by the client. OP Meeting Services is responsible for venue bookings in the OP kortteli, and enquiries regarding bookings can be made by email to kokouspalvelut.vallila@op.fi.

Small events (1–20 people)

Catering orders for 1–20 people should be placed at least two working days before the event, but no later than 4.00 pm on the previous working day.

Changes to catering orders can be made up until 4.00 pm on the previous working day. Catering orders that are cancelled after the order deadline will be invoiced as originally agreed. 

Medium-sized events (21–100 people)

Catering orders for 21–100 people must be placed no later than 10 working days before the event.

The number of guests for billing purposes must be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the start of the event. For catering orders cancelled after the booking deadline, the immediate costs incurred as a result of the change will be invoiced.

Large events (101–1,000 people)

Catering orders for more than 100 people must be placed at least two weeks before the event.

A minimum estimate of the number of guests must be provided 5 working days before the event. The number of guests may be increased up to 3 working days before the event. After this, should the number of guests increase, we will endeavour to accommodate the situation as far as possible. For catering orders cancelled after the booking deadline, we will charge for the direct costs incurred as a result of the change.
