Antell’s prize draw rules
The prize draw rules apply to prize draws organised by Antell.
Rules for the Where Pepper Grows prize draw
These rules apply to the prize draw associated with the Where Pepper Grows competition organised by Antell. Antell will raffle three spice sets among all participants in the Where Pepper Grows competition.
Organiser of the draw
The draw is organised by Katri Antell Oy (business ID: 0187176-4, Poratie, Oulu). Katri Antell Oy is referred to above and below as “Antell” or “the Organiser”.
Rules of the draw
By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these rules and agree to comply with them and with the Organiser’s decisions regarding the prize draw.
Participation
You can enter the draw by visiting Antell’s website, participating in the Where Pepper Grows competition and submitting your contact details.
Participants and eligibility
The prize draw is open to persons aged 18 or over who reside in Finland, participate in the Where Pepper Grows competition on Antell’s website and provide their contact details. Employees of Antell and their family members are not eligible to participate in the prize draw. Participation in the prize draw does not require you to be an Antell customer or to purchase a product or service, nor does it require you to consent to being contacted for purposes other than the prize draw. Participants are responsible for any consequences arising from actions that violate these rules and the decisions made by the Organiser on the basis of these rules.
Participation period
The draw is open for entries between 9 February and 15 February 2026, unless otherwise stated. Contact details received outside the entry period will not be accepted for the draw. The organiser reserves the right to suspend the draw or change the draw schedule. If the draw is suspended prematurely, the prizes will be drawn among those who have participated by the time of suspension.
Prize
Three spice sets will be raffled off among all participants in the Where Pepper Grows competition. The delivery of the prize will be agreed upon in more detail with the winner of the raffle.
Award criteria
The prizes will be drawn after the entry period has ended, but no later than 27 February 2026. Participants who have entered during the entry period are eligible to win one prize. Prize winners will be notified of their win by email. If the winner does not confirm receipt of the message informing them of their win by 2 March 2026, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited and a new draw will be held as soon as possible, but no later than 6 March 2026.
Unused prizes or parts thereof will not be replaced, nor can prizes be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or passed on to another person. Participants are responsible for any tax consequences arising from receiving a prize.
The organiser shall pay the statutory lottery tax on the prizes. If the participant has provided incorrect or incomplete contact details, or if the prize notification or prize cannot be delivered to the winner for reasons other than those attributable to the Organiser, the Organiser shall not be obliged to deliver the prize to the winner. The Organiser has the right to publish the winner’s name and location in any media without separate consent or compensation.
Organiser’s responsibility
The organiser is not responsible for errors in participants’ contact details or other information provided by participants, or for any obstacles to participation, errors in participation, or obstacles or problems in receiving prizes due to IT or other similar reasons.
The organiser is not liable for any damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in the draw, receipt or redemption of the prize, or use of the prize. In all cases, the organiser’s liability is limited to the value of the prize in the draw.
Processing of personal data
The winner’s contact details will not be disclosed to third parties. The organiser will process the data and personal information contained therein for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, contacting the winner and awarding the prize to the winner.
The processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of Antell’s legitimate interests. The Organiser will only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the aforementioned purposes, unless legislation requires longer retention of personal data. Personal data provided in connection with participation in the prize draw will otherwise be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the personal data processing practices available on the Organiser’s website at www.antell.fi/tietosuoja.
Other terms and conditions
These rules apply to all participants. Participation in the draw requires acceptance of these rules. The organiser reserves the right to change these rules during the participation period or to correct them in order to rectify any printing or other errors. The organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The draw and its rules are governed by Finnish law, excluding the rules on choice of law. Any ambiguities relating to the application and interpretation of the rules shall be resolved by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the draw any persons who have violated these rules or the Organiser’s decisions, or who are suspected of having used dishonest, illegal or other similar means to participate.
